Festival Pass Policy

Before purchasing your pass, please review these important conditions:

Pass Options

Full Festival Pass, Performer Pass, Party Pass, and separately ticketed activities or add-ons are available. Each pass includes only the activities stated below.

• Full Festival Pass — 3 days access to all workshops (May 7–9, 2027); 3 nights social parties and performances (May 7–9, 2027)
• Performer Pass — 3 nights social parties and performances (May 7–9, 2027); performance participation
• Party Pass — 3 nights social parties and performances (May 7–9, 2027)

Payment & Confirmation

Your pass and applicable price are secured only after full payment has been received, verified, and officially confirmed. Bank, transfer, currency-conversion, and payment-platform fees are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Pass Registration

Passes must be registered under the attendee’s correct name. Valid identification and booking confirmation may be required during festival check-in.

Transfers

An unused pass may be transferred once to another eligible attendee, subject to written approval. Transfer requests should be submitted by April 15, 2027. Performer Pass transfers require approval of the replacement performer.

Cancellations & Refunds

Passes are generally non-refundable for changes of mind, schedule conflicts, illness, visa refusal, travel problems, or inability to attend, subject to applicable consumer law. Documented exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually, but approval is not guaranteed.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the entire festival is cancelled without replacement dates, the applicable refund will generally cover only the festival pass amount received. Personal expenses such as flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and other travel costs are not covered.

If the festival is postponed, passes will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled dates, and further options will be announced.

Programme Changes

Festival schedules, rooms, venues, artists, DJs, instructors, performances, themes, and activities may change when reasonably necessary. Individual programme changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Separately Ticketed Activities

Boat parties, competitions, private lessons, masterclasses, VIP experiences, excursions, and other limited-capacity activities may require separate payment or advance registration.

Check-in & Wristbands

Pass holders must present their booking confirmation and valid identification. Festival wristbands or credentials must not be removed, shared, altered, or transferred.

Capacity & Admission

Entry remains subject to pass validity, room capacity, security requirements, venue rules, and safety instructions. A festival pass does not guarantee entry to an individual activity once its safe capacity has been reached.

Respectful Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, non-consensual touching, violence, theft, illegal drugs, dangerous behaviour, excessive intoxication, and serious disruption will not be tolerated. Violators may be refused entry or removed without a refund, subject to applicable law.

Photos & Videos

The festival may be photographed or recorded for documentation and promotional purposes. Personal photography must respect consent, artist rights, and venue rules. Commercial recording or livestreaming requires written permission.

Travel Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for their own flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, travel insurance, health requirements, and Boracay-related fees. We strongly recommend flexible bookings and comprehensive travel insurance.
